TIOmarkets announced on October 29, 2026, that it had expanded its trading app for iOS and Android with depth of market, updated order controls, bulk position management and a redesigned economic calendar. The announcement was issued from Limassol, Cyprus. The features are intended for app users, although available markets depend on a client’s account and location, according to TIOmarkets’ release distributed by PR Newswire.

What changed in the app

The main addition is depth of market, often shortened to DOM: a display of bid and ask prices and trading volume at several price levels. TIOmarkets says the view is available from the trade ticket for supported symbols. The app also has a separate, price-focused DOM view. Users can tap a displayed price to help set a Limit or Stop order.

The order ticket now shows trade size, required margin, free margin and order value alongside controls for Take Profit, Stop Loss and scheduled orders. Margin is funds required to open or maintain a leveraged position; the app’s display of a margin figure does not remove the possibility of losses or a margin call.

For managing open trades, clients can close all positions at once or choose a group. The available filters include performance, direction and symbol, while the PR Newswire release also says users can select an individual position. TradeInformer described the options as filtering by winners, losers, direction or symbol.

The redesigned economic calendar includes event impact levels, descriptions, actual, previous and forecast figures, historical releases and available charts, according to TIOmarkets. Its release also describes integrated TradingView charting, with multiple timeframes, technical indicators and drawing tools.

What the update means for app users

The change brings more trade and account controls into the same mobile app. TIOmarkets says clients can register or log in, create and access trading accounts, upload verification documents, check balances, deposit funds, submit withdrawal requests and access support without leaving the app. Existing clients can use their current credentials, while new clients can complete registration and verification there.

That consolidation may be relevant to traders who want to review order information or manage open positions on a mobile device. The tools do not, by themselves, establish whether an order is suitable or reduce the market risk of a trade. The release says the app supports biometric authentication on compatible devices and two-factor authentication to help protect account access; those access controls should not be read as a guarantee against trading or counterparty risk.

TIOmarkets describes the app as free to download for supported iOS and Android devices. Its release lists forex, indices, commodities and stock CFDs among supported markets, subject to the client’s account and location. CFDs are complex instruments, and most retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. Product access and protections can depend on the relevant broker entity and jurisdiction.

Background

TradeInformer reported that TIOmarkets launched the app in August, presenting it as a way for clients to handle registration, verification, funding and trading without moving between a client area and a separate platform. The outlet quoted Group CEO Stefanos Mitsi as saying the aim was to reduce friction across the client journey. In the October release, Mitsi said: “Our objective wasn't simply to release another trading app, but to remove friction from the entire client journey. With the TIOmarkets mobile app, clients can now register, fund their account and trade from a single application.”

The update concerns app features, not a change to a licence or regulatory status. TradeInformer describes TIOmarkets as Cyprus-based, and the release is datelined Limassol, Cyprus; neither source provides a regulator or licence detail in its account of the update. Traders comparing broker protections should check the relevant entity against the regulator’s register rather than treating an app launch or its features as evidence of regulatory protection.

What to check next

TIOmarkets’ announcement sets out the added features but does not give a later rollout date or a list of every supported symbol. The practical availability of markets is stated to vary by account and location. Clients therefore need to confirm in the app which instruments and functions are available to their account, and which TIOmarkets entity provides their service. No further decision or scheduled follow-up is identified in the announcement.
